Young chef Renedo and his friend Takeshi surprise even the most jaded palates in a unique setting -- Renedo's mother's antique Asian furniture store, which used to be a ham-drying shed. They bring to their job a bursting and contagious enthusiasm for cooking and experimentation as well as painstaking attention to detail. Sit among a Vietnamese bed, a life-size Buddha, and other merchandise for sale while enjoying the perfectly balanced and eclectic 10-dish fixed menu. Using traditional Spanish cooking as his base, Renedo also uses as inspiration his years in Italy, Japan, and the United States. The menu can be altered to meet special dietary needs.
